Mediation is a process that encourages and facilitates settlement by using a mediator who must have no connection to the case, is able to remain impartial, and who encourages the parties to find a solution.
My name is Jim Freeman, and I have more than 39 years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of civil lawsuits. I now use that experience to help parties settle their cases. I am dedicated to providing the highest level of professional mediation services to law firms, individuals, and corporations in a wide variety of civil matters.
Mediation is a natural blending of my professional skills and my personal belief that most disputes can and should be resolved through negotiation, allowing the participants to move on with dignity and self-respect. Having been a certified mediator since 1994, I am dedicated to continuing to promote and facilitate those important discussions.
“I’ve worked both sides of the street and know how to get cases finished. The great part about mediation is that you control the outcome, not a judge or a jury.”
